Creating Your Account
Getting started with GatherLogic is free and takes just a few minutes. You have two convenient options:
Option 1: Google Sign-Up (Recommended)
The fastest way to join GatherLogic using your existing Google account:
- Click "Continue with Google": Look for the Google sign-in button on the signup or login page.
- Sign in to Google: Enter your Google email and password if prompted.
- Authorize GatherLogic: Grant permission to access your basic profile information.
- Account created instantly: Your GatherLogic account is created automatically with your Google profile info.
Option 2: Email Sign-Up
Traditional sign-up using your email address:
- Visit the signup page: Click the "Join GatherLogic" or "Sign Up" button on the homepage.
- Enter your details: Provide your name, email address, and create a secure password.
- Verify your email: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your account.

- Browse the Discover page: Visit the Discover Groups page to see all available groups.

- Explore categories: Browse groups by category on the homepage to find communities in areas like technology, fitness, arts, and more.

When evaluating a group, consider:

Attending Your First Event
Events are the heart of GatherLogic. Here's how to attend your first one:
- Find an event: Browse upcoming events on the group page or the Events page.
- RSVP: Click the "RSVP" button to reserve your spot.
- Check the details: Note the date, time, location (or virtual meeting link), and any special instructions.
- Show up: Arrive on time and be ready to meet new people!
Virtual vs. In-Person Events
- In-person events: Check the address and plan your transportation. Arrive a few minutes early.
- Virtual events: The meeting link will be visible after you RSVP. Test your audio/video before the event starts.
